• Reference checks from previous clients
• Background checks (where legally permitted)

5. Training Videos and Progress Tracking

Training videos and progress reports:

• Videos are private by default and shared only with you and your trainer

• Trainers may request permission to use success videos for portfolio (requires explicit consent)
